PUFF MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern membership with PUFF South Africa (“PUFF”, “the Club”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2 By registering as a member, accessing the website, purchasing products, or using any PUFF services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 PUFF operates as a private adult membership club and retail platform intended strictly for persons 18 years or older.
1.4 Membership is subject to approval by PUFF and may be refused or revoked at PUFF’s discretion where required by law, safety concerns, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
2. Membership Requirements

3.2 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
3.3 Any unauthorised use of an account must be reported to PUFF immediately.
3.4 PUFF reserves the right to update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, or membership programme at any time.
4. Products & Services
4.1 PUFF offers cannabis-related products and accessories intended for adult personal use only, including but not limited to:
- Flower
- Pre-rolls
- Edibles
- CBD products
- Accessories
- Merchandise
4.2 All products are intended strictly for personal use by registered adult members.
4.3 Members may not resell, redistribute, trade, or commercially exploit any PUFF products.
4.4 Product availability may vary by location, stock availability, or applicable regulations.
4.5 PUFF reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.
5. Age Restriction & Responsible Use
5.1 No person under the age of 18 may purchase, possess, or consume products supplied by PUFF.
5.2 Members acknowledge that cannabis consumption may impair judgment, coordination, and reaction times.
5.3 Members agree not to:
- Drive or operate machinery while under the influence;
- Supply products to minors;
- Use products unlawfully or irresponsibly.
5.4 Members consume all products entirely at their own risk.
6. Orders, Delivery & Collection
6.1 Orders may be placed online, in-store, or through approved PUFF channels.
6.2 Delivery and collection services are subject to availability and applicable South African laws.
6.3 Members are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6.4 PUFF shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, load shedding, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6.5 Risk in products passes to the member upon delivery or collection.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Due to the nature of cannabis-related products, returns may only be accepted for:
- Incorrect products supplied;
- Damaged products;
- Defective packaging;
- Verified quality issues.
7.2 Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery or collection.
7.3 PUFF reserves the right to inspect and verify all refund or replacement requests.8. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

- Illegal use of products;
- Adverse reactions resulting from misuse or overconsumption;
- Indirect or consequential damages.
9.3 Members indemnify PUFF, its directors, employees, staff, affiliates, and partners against claims arising from unlawful or irresponsible use of products.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All branding, logos, product names, graphics, website content, and marketing material remain the property of PUFF.
10.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 PUFF reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website or communication to members.
11.3 Continued use of PUFF services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
12. Termination of Membership
12.1 PUFF may suspend or terminate membership immediately where:A member breaches these Terms;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Illegal activity is suspected;
- A member endangers staff, customers, or the business.
12.2 Members may terminate their membership at any time by written notice.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

15. Responsible Consumption
15.1 PUFF promotes responsible adult consumption only.
