TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I confirm that I am an adult person over the age of 18 years.
2. I acknowledge and accept that products distributed, supplied, or sold by PUFF South Africa may contain a full spectrum of cannabinoids, including but not limited to THC, CBD, and other naturally occurring cannabinoids.
3. I confirm that I am aware that certain products may contain THC and I agree to consume all products responsibly and strictly in accordance with:
- any usage instructions;
- recommended serving sizes;
- dosage guidelines;
- packaging warnings; and
- any information communicated by PUFF South Africa through its staff, website, or official communication channels.
4. I acknowledge that cannabis products may affect individuals differently and that all products are
consumed entirely at my own risk.
5. I undertake not to:
- operate a motor vehicle or machinery while under the influence of cannabis;
- supply products to any person under the age of 18;
- misuse, resell, or unlawfully distribute any PUFF products.
6. I understand that cannabis laws within South Africa are continuously evolving and I accept full responsibility for ensuring that my possession, transportation, use, and consumption of any products complies with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
7. I acknowledge that nothing communicated by PUFF South Africa, whether online, in-store, or otherwise, constitutes legal or medical advice.

9. I acknowledge my understanding of these Terms & Conditions and request to become a member of the PUFF membership programme.
10. I acknowledge that I have been informed of the PUFF membership terms, including PUFF’s undertaking to respect and protect my personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).
11. I undertake to comply with all membership rules, policies, and terms communicated by PUFF South Africa from time to time.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless PUFF South Africa, its directors, employees, affiliates, staff, agents, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal consequences arising from:
- my use or misuse of any products;
- unlawful possession or consumption;
- failure to follow dosage or usage guidelines; or
- any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
